Our Process

Contact us by phone or email to schedule an estimate. Our office staff will find a convenient time to meet with you with a no obligation consultation including nights & Saturdays. Our team will present you with design ideas and walk you through the products and services at your disposal. Afterward, you will receive a written proposal detailing our meeting. This can be provided to you via email, fax or direct mail.

Once you choose to move forward, the party agreed with in the contract will then apply for permits. At the time of accepting the proposal, we can discuss a start date for your project. Before we begin, G-Cat Construction will arrange all inspections required by your village or township.

Once the project has commenced, our team will work to complete it as quickly and accurately as possible, though time frames are usually determined by the depth & size of the project. Keep in mind that weather and inspection schedules may also be factors in the duration of each project. Nevertheless, G-Cat will make the process as easy and simple as possible for our clients.
